Meet Our Team

Ann Marie Seidel, Psy.D.
Licensed Psychologist & Neuropsychologist
For over ten years, Dr. Seidel has been providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. She is highly skilled in working with individuals who experience challenges with attention, learning, executive functioning, language, and social-emotional development.

Dr. Seidel completed her undergraduate work at New York University. She earned her masters and doctorate at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology, where she specialized in school psychology and neuropsychology. Following her graduate work, she completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology with Dr. Moldover and Associates in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Dr. Seidel is a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is a member of the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society (MNS).
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Seidel has taught as an Adjunct Lecturer at Merrimack College. She has also served as Treasurer for the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society (MNS).

Michelle Lawrence, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist & Neuropsychologist
Dr. Lawrence is a pediatric neuropsychologist who specializes in the evaluation of developmental challenges, including attention/executive function, learning, social-emotional, and behavioral disorders. She takes a personalized, strengths-based approach to each evaluation, offering recommendations that are easy to understand and useful across home and school settings. She remains engaged after the evaluation, partnering with families to provide ongoing consultation and advocacy for educational and therapeutic services.

Dr. Lawrence earned her doctorate in Counseling and School Psychology from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo in 2015, and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Dr. Lawrence is a Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society (MNS).

Sydni Parnell, M.A.
4th Year Doctoral Student in Training
Sydni is a Masters-level clinician pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology at William James College. She is also a school-based clinician at Arlington Youth Counseling Center, where she provides adolescents from underserved communities with quality, culturally-responsive mental health services.
Sydni has a keen interest in neuropsychology and is passionate about providing culturally sensitive assessments. Her professional goals include becoming an eminent advocate for racial equity in the criminal justice system through her role as a forensic psychologist and interviewer. She is particularly interested in working with males of color between the ages of 16 and 25.
